Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy
This database provides information on tax incentives, rebate programs, portfolio standards, interconnection standards, green power programs, and other state level policies that encourage renewable energy development. Renewable Energy Atlas of the West
A project of the Hewlett Foundation and The Energy Foundation. Produced 2002. This atlas contains full-color maps of the renewable energy resources of eleven western states, including high-resolution wind maps that are searchable in the online version. Community Wind: An Oregon Guidebook
This guidebook, created by Northwest SEED for the Energy Trust of Oregon, provides background information on community wind development and lays out the components of a project, including assessing a wind resource, siting, permitting, ownership models, interconnection, financing, and sources of financial assistance.
